At Variant I ordered the replacement of a garage door and 2 external doors. The measuring officer was very friendly, professional, and experienced. Unfortunately, one of the assembly teams not only installed it incorrectly, but also damaged the door leaf during installation. The complaint process lasted over a month (the period of the company's move to Kiekrz) and ended successfully only after the involvement of the company's boss. The boss, after a personal inspection, showed a normal pro-consumer approach! All defects were removed, but by another fitter (Mr. Piotr - a great guy!). Despite the adventures (with some of the fitters), I recommend!
